I'm looking to put Spellsurge on my raiding/bossfight sword to help out the casters in my group, but have been lax on getting the mats together.
It requires 12 LPS, 10 GPE, and 20 Arcane Dust.
The enchant grants a 100 mana regen over 10 seconds (10mana/sec, or 50/5) to the group, triggered proc on any spell I land. Since I cast a lot, I thought it might be useful. It's unclear if it would proc on self-cast spells like Lifetap, but I'm willing to experiment.
