A mod I think a LOT of us were looking for. What this does is gives you a movable configurable MT or MA window, just like CT did for raids.
Simply put the folder in your WoW\Interface\Addons folder.
You will get (yet) another icon on your minimap that looks like an Eye.
Right-Click on the icon to bring up the options. Now when you are in a party go to Custom - Add by Name and type in the name of the MT or MA. You can also select (target) them and set them as that.
Now you can add as many people as you want, but for the 5-mans really I would think just 2, the MT and the MA.
Works just like CT. You click on what they are targeting and you are targeting them. You can drag the windows to where you want, and the lock them (right-clicking will also bring up the options).
As a bonus this also hooks into CT if the need is there to use it in the future.
I Highly Highly suggest picking up this mod. For the 5-mans it helps so much for MA.
The downside is that each person has to set up who the MT/MA is, but once you add someone as an MT/MA the mod will remember them and when you are in a party with them again it will put up the window automatically.
