This will be my setup, and yes, i am a jewelcrafter.
Meta:
Swift Skyfire diamond 24 atk + minor runspeed
Yellow:
Smooth Dawnstone +8 crit
Red:
Bright Living ruby +16 atk
Blue:
Solid star of Elune +12 stamina
Maybe use this for extra agi, but less stamina
Blue/Red:
Shifting Nighteye +4agility +6 stamina
Meta:
Don't socket metas pre70...as there are no cheap ones.

So when you ask a jewelcrafter for these gems, remember that 1 gem is all thats needed, the cut is the first "word" in this writeup (bright, jagged, smooth etc) and the name of the gem he needs is the rest. (Blood garnet, Living Ruby, shadow draenite etc)
About the meta gems..
For a meta gem to give its bonus, you need to have socketed several other gems first...the meta gem will tell you which are needed (2 yellow, 1 red etc) "
