I can't do that one yet, but would 6mana/5 to chest work? Not sure what 15spi is worth to a priest, but there's a regen to bracer enchant (4mana/5) available also.

No, I'm trying to get most of my regen through Spirit, as I have the added benefit of 35% of my Spirit as +DMG and +Healing.
