Blackhand among others that have had their "hardware retrofit upgrade" are staying up all day today. Blizzard states they are monitoring some things closely however.
This morning when I logged in all my last week's PvP was updated - just as I would expect it to be when I logged in after a regular Tuesday maintenance period.
