We've made it a habit to clear that room on every Scholo run. We have yet to see it, though.

I need 30 Dark Runes. Trust me it's for my Shadow Resistance gear. Anyways we can add tons of reasons to do it.

Yea I got 2 Runes on my Armorsmith last night. That is going to be painful, would be helpful if they were not BOP. I enjoy the fact that they tossed in the 61 elite that drops the blood for the gargoyle fight, got some nice defense spaulders for ol Grunge. I've got the helm so far, will probably go clear silithus camps with my mage and gather more documents for the other recipes.

clearing the lifesteal room takes about 20 minutes and clearing the summoners takes about 15 minutes, + you can drop kirtonos (who may or may not drop the valor boots!).

about 45 minutes total to assemble a group and farm runes/valor boots/lifesteal is not too shabby, if you reset and run again, you can get it done even faster.

Meanwhile, Gandling takes a good chunk of time... i've been down to alexei 3 times in the last week helping with 5 man quests and havent' killed gandling because we keep running low on time.

That shaman epic helm quest is a total knockout, take 2 priests with you if you want to save on wipes.
