My current build really bites. Light well is worthless
You will love PI, and so will your mages and warlocks. :wiggle: It seems you are going for a mixture of healing and damage, which should be a very fun build with which to work. It is actually quite similar to my build, with differences noted mainly in the Holy tree. My question to you is do you plan to do damage where you want to invest the points to get Searing Light? Or, are you mostly healing where you would like to invest those points in Improved Healing? Mostly, that is a question on where you spend your time. If it is in PvP or solo'ing a lot then I would go with Searing Light. If it is in 5-mans or larger where you are primarily a healer you may want to think about the Improved Healing. But, I'm only bringing it up because you said to discuss. ;)Bagger wrote:
Since you said Lightwell is worthless, you must be Holy right now, and I think you will have fun with the Discipline tree.
Thx :) I am a solo pvp nut. If I could keep up with the healing on 5-man stuff well enough, I would have never left shadow.
The light well thingy is just the pits. I dropped one and after the encounter someone said "what was that weird looking thingy back that appeared then disappeared"...........
If you are looking for a balance between PvP and still being able to heal well in a 5-man, I think you have found a good one. You could remove the two points you have in Healing Focus (Holy tree) and invest those either in Spell Warding or Blessed Recovery (both of which would be great in PvP). Now that is getting down right picky... but if you aren't going to have healing spells be interrupted very often (and you probably wouldn't in 5-mans) the other talents might be more worth your investments.Bagger wrote:
Which priests are Disc / Shadow? And, do you like it? I was until the patch and had fun with that build. I don't know how it would be since the patch though.
