There was mention of class leaders being the exception to the rule of taking advice and concerns to guild reps and I think it's a stellar idear. I remember back in the day when I'd sunder everything in site until Sol smacked me on teh nogin and said "hey quit stealing my agg you jackalope before I smack-a you face", and from that day forth I've been a slightly better meat shield.
Point being, as long as it's done with tact and consideration, we NEED to be able to learn from one another without taking it as a personal attack or we may as well quit MC now, or get used to wiping (I know I know some of you have fun just being with buddies regardless of wiping, but I think most of us have more fun being with buddies AND having a bit of success).
