To get from Neutral to Friendly, after you complete all quests from Master Smith Burninate:

Turn in 4 Kingsblood, 2 Incendosaur Scales, and 1 Coal for a "improved slightly" faction boost. Do this over and over and over again until you get to Friendly.

Once you are Friendly, you will have a different repeatable: "Gaining Acceptance".

For this one, you turn in 4 Dark Iron Residue. That's it -- turn in 4 Dark Iron Residue repeatedly until you get to Honored.

Once at Honored, the only way to improve your Thorium Brotherhood faction is via Lohktos Darkbargainer, inside the Grim Guzzler Tavern in Blackrock Depths.

You can turn in the following items to Lokhtos for + Thorium Brotherhood faction:

Lava Core
Fiery Core
Core Leather
Blood of the Mountain
Dark Iron Ore

we need to pool our lava cores and fiery cores together for starters. if we spread these out, the first piece will be crafted in 2006 at the current rate. So far we've seen 2 fiery core drops in 2 trips and not a single lava core. The strategy of gearing up the Main tanks to be able to resist fire is huge against fire lords, core hound breath, and numerous boss fights.

The Bracers, the Helm and the Leggings are all BOE and have very nice stats.

There are dark iron gauntlets with a mess of fire resist on them, but they need core leather and we got no finkle's skinner yet.

Ive got 350-400 DIR I can give someone, I dont plan on working TB faction for a bit still so its just eating up bank space for me:)

the post I read said it took 960 DIR to go from friendly to honored so that is what I shot for. I got it with less than that but did a few of the Imperial Plate turn ins also. I can make all of the imperial plate armor but the helm now if anyone needs.

I'd say do Blood of the mountains for turn ins. Sure they rare as phack but hell you just need to do is turn em in. The Cores and leathers we will all use and DI will forget it cuse the tanks and mail users would like to use em for thier DI bars.


If we get a Skinner or ZG Slicer yeah than after our leather peeps are done we got leather to turn in.
