Since transferring off Baelgun, I think I played a whole 6 hours tops on Scarlet Crusade. Then I did not play anymore at all, for months.

A few weeks ago, my sister convinced me to start a character on Mal'Ganis Horde-side with them. Sis, her husband, and his two brothers. Our little five-person group from the good ole days of DAoC, together again.

So I created Kayriss the Blood Elf Paladin, and grit my teeth over the whole "PvP server" thing. I got used to it, and kind of actually enjoy it now when someone messes with me. I don't go looking for trouble, but when some Alliance douche looks to me for trouble, I do my best to make them regret it. ;) The 40s and 50s were kind of rough - but having a sister with a 70 priest and 67 rogue - and a love for greasing & then camping Alliance douches 'til they cry - really helped. :lmao:

So far it has been a complete blast - and I've only been pushed thru Ramparts once with them.
Just having them all on the integrated voice comms with me - no matter what we're doing in-game - is a great time!
It's gonna be freakin' nuts when we are running instances together regularly.

Considering the recent changes with making primal nethers and nether vortexes tradable, and the new stuff added to the badges vendor, we've got the perfect number of people to have a good long upgrade path that won't wear out for a long long time - no need or desire to raid!

Gear has become secondary anyway - now it's just about having a good time, no matter what we're doing. :cool:

I feel cheated. The one night I got PP to do arena was like the best time ever. Every time he dropped the F bomb in vent my wife would giggle. It went like....F-Bomb....teehehehehe...F-Bomb...teehehehehehe on & on. Glad to hear you're enjoying yourself bud. Altho, I have nobody to ask weird ass networking questions anymore. :thinking:

Good to hear from you and grats on getting your Pally on the way to lvl 70; we miss you, but change is good if you are not having fun.

I have been playing some FPS for a change of pace: Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare and Crysis. I had to build an new system with an Intel Quad core, 4 gb of matched DDR2 ram and RAID 5 on SATA Intel Matrix system (D975XBX2) I couldn't afford the new 45nm Quad Extreme MB/CPU butthe new system is plenty quickruns all the games great.

Life has been tough the last month as my dad died within two weeks of a diagnose of Lung Cancer) :-[
