We made our first trip to Magtheridon last night. The itemization and progression we went through with going to Eye and SSC after Gruul's never made Mags seem worth the trouble. Post Nerf with the boosts to his loot table we heard the effort was minimal and I can confirm that.

We got Magtheridon on the 3rd pull last night. This fight is truly a cakewalk.

I'd like to see if we can put mags/gruuls pickup raids together since these fights are truly not that hard. Esp. Mags seems easier to put together than a Gruul's run.

Man that fight was fun as hell!! I've been looking sooo forward to hitting that, ever since my first Furnace run where his bloated ass was staring up at me with his taunting jibes. Thanks a ton for making this happen :D

This would also be a good recruiting tool to find out if the guys you have as recruits can follow directions easily.

It still has some good rewards, but also tests their ability to function in a 25 man environment and could give you valuable input on the personality.
