Posting this here since about half my team lives here :biglaugh:

Rorriors did an EXCELLENT job on saturday night, we tore through KZ and 1 shotted prince even with horrendus infernal drops.

Sunday we moved to Zul aman and kinda did our feel through walk through. It only took us about 8-9 mins to clear the mobs up to Nalorakk, however there were some chaotic moments while learning the dos adn don'ts of the mobs. after 2 wipes on the first boss and we knew what we were up to, he coughed up the plate boots!

and we were off to the 2nd boss.

We tried our hand at the gauntlet quite a few times, trying to find out which pace we needed, and what each person in the group needed to do in the end the gauntlet was too much for us.

we moved on to the Lynx boss. A bit demoralized, we started in on the trash pulls, and quickly got back in the swing of things. by the time we got to the lynx boss, we had enough time for 1 go at him. so we engaged him and all was going well, till he split for the first time. there wasnt good communication on my part for Shiz to pick up the lynx when he spawned so the lynx spirit was running around the raid trashing people:crazy:. We know what to expect next time, and that mofrapper is going DOWN!

All in All, a good weekend for the Rorriors!

Ahh the first few infernals weren't bad.. but towards the end they started closing in on the melee dps. That spot we use is absolutely golden though. Hopefully next weekend we can power through the place and take a look at netherspite.. ehh?

congrats guys, that is awesome to get the prince figured out.

we went into za last week and got the gauntlet figured out after 1 wipe.

Aess AE tanked the falcon adds and the trash mobs in the front, while I tanked the adds that spawned in the back and chased us up the hill. They don't hit hard and you can tank 4 of them no problem. You could tank those warriors that spawn behind and even one of the trash mobs from the front as well. Just keep taunt handy if you see someone pulling aggro.

getting the gauntlet down pat is important, since the eagle boss is a quite a challenge. If you look at the chat box on the screenshot on the front page of the site, you will see how many times we wiped on him before we got him.

Twas an awesome raid indeed. All the more so for doing it with one tank for most of the run. Thanks for having me along bro! That spot on the wall is GOLD btw.

Thanks for the Info Sol, at our best attempt we were having the group move as one tight pack up the ramp and trying to have row and phrog CC the stuff.

However, I REALLY like your idea with one tank up front one tank behind. We are definatly going to try that next week!

We will be taking a look at Netherspite on 1 December Herve.

Also,

Which addon do you have that shows your priest, druid, shaman and raid mana?

I have been accused (unjustly so!) of moving too fast when people dont have full mana bars.

CTRA has an option you use to set certain elements of the raid status to watch.

Way far across tot he far side of the terrace. There's a little projection. If you stay right on the wall in the DPS gallery you can stay out of range of the pulses if you get two to drop right by you.

You had it right the night I ran with you on Karj. You were just too far off the wall and kept getting booted out of range of the healers. Have to make sure you're right on the wall with your back, and positioned so that if you get punted it's in a line away from the raid back to the wall and not to the side.

Now, there can be an infernal that drops and pulses where the tank is, but the healing gallery healed me through it durring phase 3 when he went down. it was awesome!
