Notice that you first need to get your user group setup correctly. There is an "Announcement" sticky above every forum that shows how to do this.

The Guild leaders are all empowered to manage user groups as well, to get people into their guild private forums, etc.

I saw some feedback that the site was complicated. Its got a lot of links on it, and if that means its complicated, then yep! There is a bit of "link overload" I felt first time i was here... but its gone now. Hopefully this post simplifies the learning curve a tiny bit.

The PVE strategy and tactics forum is a good place to discuss and save generalized tactics etc for raids. I had started using it as a scheduling launchpad, but thought better of it today and moved my thread to HAWC General. As you uncover guides and want to talk CLASS tactics or INSTANCE tactics that don't change a lot -- hit the PVE strategy forum. Same with your Thoughts on PVP BG's and stuff. I know we have some awesome PVP players in this Alliance, and would like to see some guides and PVP events -- we have a separate forum for "counter alliance" if its sensitive materials... post it in HAWC general... which is not open to the public.

The HAWC general forum would be a good place to talk about planning and coordination. IF you setup HAWC events or Guild events.... use that forum and point people to the Calendar (thx PP). Using the calendar the first time might be daunting... but get in the habit and it can be an awesome tool for guild events and cross-guild events. Just today skuttlekraw was discussing instance plans and how he'd like to get some HAWC members to help him out.

You can get cool WOW avatars... just hit google up and do a "warcraft avatar" search.

There is an officers only forum as well on the site. Each guild has 2 reps to what I like to call the "war council". If you have an issue, grab a tissue and talk to your guild rep as a point of escalation. We'd like to use a chain of command to manage problems before they get to be issues though.

If you don't know who your guild HAWC officers are, talk to your GM's.

If you have site suggestions, hit the feedback forum and post them up. people have been finding some quirks already, and its truly appreciated.

I can't thank Potpie enough for taking the time to setup this site.
