I am looking for a tailor in the guild who can make Primal Mooncloth; I realize there is a four day cooldown timer so I am in no hurry. I have all the mats needed for this Resolute Cape: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24258
I have ten bolts of Imbued Netherweave, ten Primal Life, ten Primal water to make the Primal Mooncloth.
I also have the twelve (12) Primal earth but will need your Primal Nether. Is there any tailor with this recipe for the cape? If not, can someone make me the ten Primal Mooncloths? I will tip well!
This is a very cool warrior cape with 349 armor, +30 stamina and +21 resilience rating. I will add a +12 Dodge enchant and be able to have a chance in Karazhan, Grull's Lair, etc.
Please let me know if you can help me out?
Thanks,
Wyzman

I'm currently trying to stockpile mooncloth for Shaje(Alje) to one day use in her Primal Mooncloth Robe but she's still got a few tailoring levels until she can make it, so I can probably hand over some to you.

Elenca,
I will give you the mats and tips for as many Primal Mooncloths you can spare. I then need to find somei=one with the pattern to make the cape.
Thanks,
Wyzman

Warcaster might have that pattern. I vaguely remember getting it from Shattered Halls awhile back.

Sky, I'll be on for sure tonight for Kara but I'll try to get on extra early in the evening to make some cloth trades :D

I don't have any primal mooncloth stockpiled, but I'm not currently using my timer. As that is my specialty, I make two cloths for the mats of one. If Elenca doesn't have 10 to give you outright, I can make you a couple with your mats tonight.
I'm going to be on tonight for Karazhan. Ask me about the pattern and I'll look to see if I have it. I do have a couple nethers in the bank, so could hook you up if you can help out with the rest of the mats if I have the pattern.

I could get you one (primal mooncloth), Sky, on Karj. It's not his specialization, but I have the recipe. I'll need you rmats for it though.
The way you are geared, I'd recommend farming Steamvaults for this drop off the last guy (he also will drop your bold gauntlets)
devilshark cape
There are a couple other drops out there that are good. I am wearing a high stamina/AC cloak from tempest keep. (Check armory)

I know I don't have 10, but I do have a decent amount. 6? 8? one of those two.
Edit:
I've got 6, and 1.5 days on my cooldown left until the next 2.

It sounds like Ky can get him 2, I can get him one, and if we find someone with a transmute up, maybe the fourth one. So if you have six, I think this is done :)

Tada! In 12 hours you've got 9/10 of your cloth gathered! :D
If only signets were that easy... ;)

Farm the blood elves at the manaforges. I picked up 3 Arcane Tomes and 22 signets in about an hour or so of farrming.

You can use my timer if you want. Since mooncloth is my specialty also I can make you 2.

Thanks for the responses to my request for Primal Mooncloth; I have the mats and will give to various tailors so we can get everyone's timers working.
I will then see who has the recipe for the Resolute Cape, and hopefully get this item made in this next few days. I will also keep running the Steam Vaults to see if that cape will drop.
Thanks,
Wyzman
found you a cheaper alternative and its actually better. Don't let the color (blue) vs. (purple) fool you wyzman.
cloak of eternity
you get +defense and 6 more sta. less armor, but that's minor.
By the way, resilience is not a PVE stat!
Mats? imbued netherweave and 6 primal earth

IMO this is true. The +300 something armor is of minor consequence compared to the 12000 armor that you're probably carrying around. Having +def instead of +resil is the big improvement. The +6 sta is just a little icing.

Well; I guess its all a moot point. I have been wearing the Cape of Eternity (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24253) for several weeks now and it should work fine in the 5-man instances I will be running for the next few months.
Thanks all for you help! Look me up each night I will be leading a 5-man instance in the Outland unless a good football game is on.

One last thing; I need to put an enchant on my cloak. I have saved the mats for a better cloak as Ryndstrum advised, but now ask the question of should I put +12 Dodge rating on this cloak:

Am I the only enchanter in HLS who can do the +12 Dodge enchant on a cloak? I have the mats but the item is soulbound so Skydog can't enchant it.

I'd put the +120 armor on the cloak. I went with the +dodge becaues I'm an avoidance freak. That worked well in my case because I have a nice stam/armor set, enough that I gain 2k hp when I swap to it.
For now, work on stacking stam, with armor your second criteria. You max out stam and armor as best you can, that will take you a long, long way. I'd say, once you hit 14k stam unbuffed, then you can start looking at avoidance, if you even want to go down that path.

Thanks Rynd,
I will have my enchanter take care of that enchant

You are the only one until the next patch.

I do not have the cloak. I was thinking of the Vengeance Wrap

I can make it but it's not very good cloak.

I guess I will hold out for a better drop in instance; according to WoWhead and Thottbot the Resolute Cape was great, but the + resilence is not an improvement
Thanks,
Wyz
