Dear Darkstar Communication Customer,
It has been brought to our attention that one of our data centers will be doing network maintenance on Saturday, July 28th 2007 between the hours of 8AM and 11AM (PST -- GMT -8).
We expect little or no downtime out of this, however there is always the possibility that there will be intermittent connectivity issues during the maintenance.
We ask that all clients refer to the network status message if they have any extended connectivity issues during the above stated time-frame prior to submitting a support ticket. We will keep the network status message updated if there are any type of issues during the maintenance.
I do apologize for the short notice on this, as we were informed of this only today.
