This was commented on a few days ago, took until now to cross-check Brynd's list. There are only 3 of the new blue patterns (released in patch 2.1) that Brynd still needs. They are as follows:
Wicked Noble Topaz (+4 crit, +8 attack power)
Great Dawnstone (+8 spell hit)
Infused Nightseye (+8 attack power, +2 mana every 5 sec)
If you run across these on the AH, feel free to pick them up (willing to go up to 1000 gold for patterns) and mail it COD to Brynd for whatever it cost you. Especially for the Wicket Noble Topaz, the most useful/popular of the remaining three needed.
Also, for the caster crit folks, I picked up the Destructive Skyfire Diamond pattern last week, a meta gem. Specs: +14 Spell Crit and 1% spell reflect (Requires at least 2 red, 2 blue and 2 yellow gems socketed in other items).
