I just checked the roster. Do we seriously have no one who can make anything better than a sniper scope?

I believe this is true. Engineering got borked so bad with 2.0 that just about everyone dropped the profession for something else. Only one weapon, one scope and the mana injector I think that were worth while.

Nearly 50% of the level 70s in the guild have never had profiles uploaded to the roster and many others are out of date, so it doesn't provide an accurate picture of the whole guild. That said, I don't know of anyone doing engineering at that level any more for the reasons Shiz noted.

Now, this won't actually tell you what they can make, but this will at least tell you who the engineers in the guild are.

This information is pulled from the armory, so it's accurate as of this morning. We're not exactly heavy on engineers :)

Thanks Aessina. Apparently only Rake is above 300 (350). I thought leatherworking was crap but I guess we did not get the biggest screw.

LW is not crap! I love what they've done with LW in the expansion!

I can't wait to make & use a few different drums - just need faction. :)

/DISAGREE. There was a time when I could make some items and sell them both for money and for the joy of knowing someone was wearing my stuff. Now other than kits and mats there is no good market. Add to this most recipies you have to grind rep for are better for shaman (good for you PP) and LW is crap imo. If not for the guilds need for kits earlier on and the fact I do have two recipies I want to get and make I would drop LWing for mining to make some real money. Hell, only two of us are 375 LWers. What does that say about this profession? I may still drop it since I need exhalted with Time Keepers for one recipie and the other is a world drop I have a snowballs chance in hell of seeing.

The various armor kits and leg armors I can make are great money makers.

gorrack is working on engineering.

Drunken raiders have 1-2 engineers.
