Press CTRL+F5 to clear your browser cache and get the new post-upgrade javascript code.
Happened to me - none of the editor buttons where clickable at all & the editor didn't seem to parse what I posted correctly with line breaks, etc.
After a CTRL-F5 (I am using Firefox) all was well.
