Hmm. From that thread, can you kind of deduce why more serious gamers have trouble getting their isues addressed? The general pop seems kinda challenged.

i was half expecting to see the WoW Blue Tracker site overloaded but whatever they key off of it is more than just the text being blue thankfully.
