Stupid "Requires Engineering 350" to wear. :(

Nice little extra shield though for the likes of Sol if he is in the debuff from the Priest shield.

i am a 220 gnomish engineer . Not gonna level to 375 until the review if it goes well. You will have a hard time finding an engineer to make that.

Also, when the belt backfires you take triple damage. But if you're an engineer you expect that.

as with most engineering items you need to be an engineer to use this as well.
