What the heck are these?

I am pretty sure I only see these when I'm playing my rogue - my gut says some Ace2 addon is doing it, but I'm not sure.

Can anyone tell me what the little aqua floaties over the heads are for? Thanks!

those are mobs that detect stealth. that is what the icons are for.

Thwak beat me to it. You will only see them while you are stealthed (druids, rogues, or those with the cape).

AAHhhhh, thats been bugging me for a while now. I always assumed it was a glitch that would be fixed in and upcoming patch or something. Good to know, now I'll stay extra far away form those mobs.
