PC gamer published some information on BC that i had not read anywhere else yet.

There will be a new city in outland that Alliance and Horde can siege to take control of that will involve doing bombing runs from the back of a flying mount! The side that controls the city will have access to special quest NPC's and of course, loot.

link to some good BC information.

quote from link below:
"Karazhan (the former home of Medivh the infamous Warcraft villain) will also open its gates to 10-man raids. Similar to Black Rock Spire in its upper/lower level configuration, Karazhan will be the first smaller raid instance to feature a raid save timer (which saves the participating characters to the instance enabling you to break it up over a series of nights instead of having to tackle it all in one shot)."

I'm curious about why they think lowering the raid cap will eliminate DKP, and why they care. Our discussions about extending raid points to 20-man raids indicates the problems that inspire DKP systems as a solution still exist in smaller raids.
