Positives:
Many more drops than last time - bucketloads of coins, several bijous, even some kind of pristine diamond. Tore through the bats w/o problems from earlier runs. Much improved boss attempts compared with last Sunday's raid.
Negatives:
Bat Boss gets greater heal off during 2nd attempt, eats the party instead of dying, film at 11.
Tanks lose control of Snake boss at about 30%, Snake boss eats the party. 2nd attempt goes horribly wrong early, party eaten again.
We're getting better at this. Class balance was also better to a point, still a few more tanks than ideal... but we've got to work with what we have. Considering the improvement made this run vs. next run, I'm confident in saying "we'll get 'em next time."
My play time for next weekend is iffy (sister in law is getting married) so I probably won't be able to organize a follow up. If someone else wants to get things running, bonus!

.... (sister in law is getting married) ......
Umm, Is she still your sister-in-law if she is getting married?

Well my first time pulling I've learned a few things:
1) Bats ensure people that the riders ONLY need one warrior per rider. I had to scream that a few times but we got it big time.
2) Pulling Bats was easy. Infact I was doing them like I do with my Strat runs. So no problems there.
3) Pulling yard trash before Snake Boss path went perfect except one. It was my fault for mistiming the Berserker. Good job on making a bad situtation good.
4) Snake Area pull- I will assign CCing for now on there. Thought people would get the drift on it. Well on most cases yes but on tougher pulls like the 7 mobs nope. So I will enforce strict control and assign tanks to tank what for easier directions.
5) Not enough Coins and Bijou's- I'd wished more dropped. I still need mine but we should do a day of pure faction farming. No bosses just factions for some of us with the epic drops so we can turn those in ASAP.
What to do about the bosses:
1) Bat Boss- I'd say we learn how to deal with the adds. We can pull her to no do the adds but better to learn it now or die later. Also I learned that people need to move when they get hit. I should be the only one stationary to a point than move a bit. Best attempt was 27% but next time she'll go down.
2) Snake Boss- Need to figure out what healers needed. I'd say 2 shaman and priest healing me at the start. ALso I've noticed when I went down the warriors YES you guys stand around instead of moving. I'd learned from the first Snake runs that if you stand around your dead. Just move if your taking over for me. When I got resed back up I went to tank him back on em ASAP and moved around til someone reseted the boss. So next time yeah we can down him. Just need to figure out controls on the snakes and keeping me alive. I got the gear to resist 60% of his crap. Another note is keep an hunter, shaman, priest, warrior and warlock in one group cuse the ascepts, totems, and stam buff helps me big time.
Overall it was an excellent run. Infact I'd go on it again since we working as a team. Once we all improve on ZG than MC won't take much to do since we all geared up and experianced on raiding.
