yes a poster on the Grove sited a few encounters where the new resto 31 point talent would be uber.

I think the balance will come being that Innerviate will remain in the Resto casting group preventing Moonkin from using it while mooned and making it only a downtime viability for Feral druids

I know this will change but right now when i come out of forms i come out after the gear swap with about 50% mana while that wont have alot of effect on a OOMkin druid it is a blessing for Feral druids meaning when we have to come out for back up healing or an "oh sh*t" situation i can pop innerviate eather on the priest and cover heals for a min while he regens or i can pop it on myself and pick up the slack as needed

I think this is gud but depending on how Swiftmend works Resto druids are still going to be the kings of some encounters but fortunatally i think you will start seeing more Moonies and Feral druids as it should be
